Application
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2013
Interview
Applications are submitted in person with a professional resume. It is best to look professional and well polished at all times during application submission and during interviews. I received my first interview by phone, it was quick and general questions. After that I interviewed with the category manager and then the store manager.

Question 1
Know what youre applying for, do research and you should be great! My most difficult question was: "How would you handle a customer who is uncomfortable being measured for Bra's give an example. What techniques would you use to make her comfortable?
I submitted my application in the store, asked for the manager and had an interview scheduled on the spot. It was a group interview, the woman asked us questions and we took turns answering. The woman interviewing me told me she loved my answers but to try not to appear shy in my next interview or I would not be hired. She asked us things like: "What is good customer service", and "How would you handle organizing and taking care of customers at the same time on a busy day?" My one on one interview was scheduled for 2 days later. She gave me a pen, told me to pretend Victoria's Secret sells them, and to try sell it to her as if she were a customer.
