Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.

Application
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Durham, NC)
Interview
The hiring process was very simple. I had to visit the location and complete an application. Once I turned the application in I was called in for an interview. This was a group interview with 4 people total that were potentially being hired for a position with the company. After the group interview I was contacted a few days later to begin work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All of the questions were pretty routine. There was nothing that was out of the ordinary.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
