It was a pretty thorough interview process. Met with 5 people overall. Some were directly on the team and some weren’t - just people that would work closely with the team. Scheduled all close to each other so only took about 2 weeks. Everyone was very nice to speak with. Started with 2 phone calls and then moved to in person. Turnover at this company seems high though based on conversations had about filling roles, etc. overall standard interview process there were no surprises and they were accommodating around times that worked best for you
Pretty easy, basic technical abilities tested. And also they evaluate you based on your communication. SQL, Python, Excel are important to focus on during interview prep. I had a online assessment followed by a one on one interview and gt rejected by the Hiring manager as they were looking for someone with more experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in July 2023
Interview
Screening call and 3 rounds of interviews (with hiring manager, team members and senior-level executives). Quick response times in between rounds but then complete silence after "final" interview, even when provided with a timeframe for response. Realized I did not get the role when I saw it had been filed by someone else via social media.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
Informal, single stage interview. Interviewed by HR and 1 other analyst. Company seems to have little analysts infrastructure in the UK. Some fairly simple aptitude tests were administered, but nothing too strenuous.
