Managers came to school job fair...offered out interviews. Went in on my interview date and brought my application with me. Led to a room for a group interview with 11 other people.

Why do you want to work here? Describe a situation in which you had to deal with a untruthful team mate.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
