i applied in store and received a phone call saying I had gotten an interview a few days later.they asked me to come in. The interview consisted of a manger and a few other candidates.

describe a high stress situation how did you handle it? What are your values?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
