They asked me hypothetical questions about how I would deal with customers in certain situations, about myself, why I want to work there and my experience. It was a group interview in the back of the store with 2 other women.

Question 1
How would you deal with a customer who cannot find what they are looking for with their body type?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
