I got called in for a group interview with 2 of the store associates and 3 other prospective employees. It was a disarming way to have an interview. It felt more like a conversation. I appreciated the laid back nature of it!

In a group interview for seasonal SAS, I was asked general questions about helping customers. The hiring manager was hiring bodies based on availability, more so. She was relaxed as she knew instantly who she wanted when we walked in the room. Someone wore sandals and jeans to this interview... She did not get the job

Interview
The interview was easy, they asked you about leadership roles, how you manage conflict, and what's the best way to get the job done from your perspective. Unity and working together are things they look for in someone. They also love a friendly person and great sales person.
