I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Orland Park, IL) in Mar 2012
Interview
There were two interviews, both group. They asked questions to the whole group and you were allowed to answer any or all of the questions. It felt as though the more you answer, the happier they were!
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
