One manager brought everyone interviewing around 5 girls into the break room. It was a Group interview where each question was posed to the group and you would have to assert yourself to be the one answering.

How to handle simple in-store scenarios and how you would de-escalate difficult customers.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
