I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Dallas, TX) in June 2014
Interview
Group interview in the food court, pretty easy. Relaxed and with the store manager. Nothing crazy all usual interview questions. I enjoy group interviews so you can hear what others have to say and then formulate a better answer. The entire thing lasted about 30 minutes. Only took about a week before I was called back and hired, we talked pay over the phone once I was hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
how did you handle stressful environments in previous jobs?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
