I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Garden City, NY) in June 2012
Interview
Lengthy. Two Rounds of interviews. One group and then one smaller group. They asked a series alf questions .Everyone went around the room to answer. They encouraged that each answer be different or something not already said.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
