I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
It was a group interview. There were about 6 girls. We first had to introduce ourselves, name and age. There are two people asking the questions and they go down the line of interviewees.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
