Application
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
Honestly, was hired on the spot. Was spotted shopping and offered a job. I was told that this rarely happens, so I was surprised. Then an on boarding process that involved watching a company video/orientation.

Question 1
Whats the most important part of customer service?
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
