Pretty straightforward, you can schedule an interview in person. There was one interview with the manager with 10 questions. The manager read questions and gave you enough time to think to answer

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
