It was a pretty easy interview. Asked about customer service experience and how you would handle a difficult customer or make a sale. Also asked about punctuality and team work dynamic.

How would you handle a difficult customer trying to make an exchange that has passed the return window.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
