I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Sacramento, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Very nice interview process. Fairly basic questions. 6 girls total in the interview. They asked 5 questions that were based around you and your previous work experiences. I got a call three hours later offering the job. I was stoked at first but I became very unhappy. You do a lot of the same job over and over again over a 4-6 hour shift like folding panties and I struggled getting hours as well. Still employed but they have not sceduled me hours for 4 weeks. Very disappointed but it will give you good experience in retail. Good benefits as well like 30% discount at VS, Pink, and Bath and Body Works, and deeply discounted items occasionally.

Question 1
Tell me of a time you exceeded a customers expectations
Interview was fairly easy. My hiring manager had me there on the spot for onboarding. Process went fairly quickly, and I was trained shortly after. I started on the week of black Friday which was a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. My hiring manager was kind but some of the other managers aren't as nice.

Interview
I applied through their careers page and received a confirmation email. The store manager texted to schedule a 30 minute, easygoing in-person interview. Shortly after, I was called and offered the job, with employment forms sent via email.

Interview
I have never felt more disrespected and belittled in an interview in my life. My job history was ridiculed, my character was ridiculed. I’m well above the age of being a minor and I was talked down to as such. My interview lasted a whopping 7 minutes.. I was 10 minutes early… I do not remember the name of the woman who interviewed me, but I highly recommend finding anyone else to interview candidates. She didn’t know how to talk to me without a condescending tone and attitude, and what was expected, schedule wise, of the position was not fully mentioned in the job listing. I filled out the application on Victoria’s Secrets’ website, filled out the availability form online, but still was made to refill it out in person and reiterated my entire job history. The job history I filled out manually on their website, and then attached the file for my resume. Still, I was made to reiterate the last 3 job I had, was stopped before the forth job, and belittled that all I have to show is seasonal work. My interviewer had no want to get to know me or my circumstances. She did not care about the interview process and she treated me like I was wasting her time even though the store had 0 customers at the time. If she was willing to treat and talk to me like that during interview, how would I had been treated after I was hired?
