I applied online. I interviewed at Vidalytics in Aug 2024
Interview
I was asked to record a video of myself as the first step of the interview process. Then I was moved to a test interview where I was given three hours of tests on the job. All this without even seeing a friendly face on the other end. All through text and no cameras. If you think your time is valuable, your candidates' time is as well.
Months later, I still remember this interview as the worst experience I had applying for any job. I completely lost interest in the job and company in the middle of the process.

Interview
They asked to record a video of yourself answering some questions, and send this video to them. That was the first "interview". I sent the video and they never answered, not even after one month later I asked again about the status. That's some real ghosting.

It was very straightforward and their process was very quick. You get updated on your progress, the recruiter was very nice and easy to reach if I had questions. I had issues with the simulation test because of the short time frame given to do the test
