Pros
Vidalytics gives you lots of freedom to make big decisions, which is really cool. The people here are very smart and great to work with. It feels good to be part of a team where everyone is involved and can make a real difference.
Cons
Sometimes, we don't talk to each other as much as we should. This can make it a little hard to know what's going on sometimes or to get things done quickly.
