Vidyartha interview questions

Over all interview process was good. Applied through different source in online. Took my telephonic round of interview later followed with salary negotiations. Asked about my previous work experience and asked many other questions for authenticity.

Absolutely pathetic!! The interview was scheduled for 9 A.M, got there and the "office" was still locked, had to wait for nearly 25 minutes for someone to come and open it. That person turned out to be the one taking the interview, he was absolutely unprofessional, going to the extent of removing his shoes while the first round was in progress and had no knowledge of psychology and very blatantly said so as well. They have no sense of time and do not know what it is to be professional.
