Interview
The interview process started with an online aptitude and coding test consisting of logical reasoning and basic programming questions. After clearing that round, I was invited for a technical interview where I was asked about data structures, SQL queries, and some backend-related concepts like REST APIs and database design. Finally, there was an HR discussion about my background, career goals, and availability. The overall process was smooth and professional.

Question 1
Question: Can you explain how a relational database differs from a NoSQL database?
How did you answer (optional): I explained that relational databases use structured tables and enforce schemas with SQL, while NoSQL databases are schema-less, support flexible document/column storage, and scale horizontally.
Question: Write a function to reverse a string without using built-in methods.
How did you answer: I wrote a simple loop to swap characters from both ends until the middle of the string.
Question: What are the main differences between GET and POST in HTTP?
How did you answer: GET is idempotent, used for retrieving data, and parameters are visible in the URL. POST is used for sending data securely in the request body.

straight interview depends on candidate. they directly came to salary bargaining and final who willing to do. and they ready for committed salary for joining candidates . and work was great and not to much great. the managers are very not grade staff they committed for only management agree to do and raise same to below staff.
