They have 2 rounds of interview
First is the immediate managers, the second one is the Senior Management Team
In the first round of interview, they will mainly get to know you and even provide career coaching on the job scope via sharing their pain point and expectations to the candidate. This is important as you will be informed what to expect from the company.
The second round of interview is the Senior Management Team need to know you more plus need more explanation on your past achievements and scope of work.
The pain point mentioned in the first round of interview is very helpful to answer the questions in the second round of interview
Both round of interviews are recorded and at the end of the interview, both hiring managers and candidate will look at the video and analyze how it perform during the interview and this is a very good lesson for candidate to learn and improve for the next interview and even offered a job and probation.
