I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Virgin Active (Brighton, England)
Interview
I applied at the Brighton branch. This has to be one of the best interview's I have been to. Andy, who interviewed me made me feel relaxed and calm to answer my question and assured me not to feel nervous.
He got to the point and asked me very basic customer service questions. Nothing too daunting!
We then discussed hours and role specification.
I have high social anxiety and believe me when I say I felt relaxed.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Virgin Active (London, England)
Interview
Good and pretty easy, some of it was group assessment and then there was a one on one interview. You had to be able to stand out in the group assessment and then be pleasant and friendly in the one to one
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Virgin Active (Nottingham, England) in June 2016
Interview
Applied online through their website, was called a few days later and asked to come in for a one to one interview. They asked lots of basic customer service questions. Felt like a positive interview but didn't get an offer as they don't want to hire short-term staff (I'm a student). Heard back around a week or 2 weeks later.
