Interview
Very straightforward video interview followed by a short interview on the phone before being offered the role. Telephone interview consisted of being asked a single question about when I delivered exceptional customer service. Other general questions asked during the video interview could be quite competently answered by anyone who has worked in a customer/client facing environment in the past.

Interview
I had a video interview where I recorded my responses to 5 questions.Such as what motivated me to apply? I then passed this stage after a couple days I was offered another interview at the assessment centre.

Tell me a time where you dealt with an unhappy customer and how did you resolve it?
Applied online by submitting cv. A casual interview with a range of questions about myself and what I knew about the company, why I wanted to work for the company and then situational questions.
Pre recorded interview. Can pick time when to complete interview yourself so very handy when working around your current job or studies. Timeline was pretty quick and was able to secure the job within a month of applying for the position.
