Confusing. No actual structure many times, just emails with management. You have a better chance of knowing someone already employed versus going through website which can take months. If you know someone, generally they will inform their manager of the interest and if the manager is open to it, they will contact you but also have you send your resume to human resources for records. It's also hard when HR passes your resume but the manager says yes. Possible stand-still if you don't push.
