Interview
They send you an automated email invite to a zoom meeting with a cohort of people who passed the resume check. The zoom group meeting was a little odd, and a little felt too scripted and rushed. It felt more like a "mass-hire" recruitment company but they don't spell that out directly.
They put you into break out rooms with fewer more people and ask a more personal question.

Interview
This is basically another "direct marketing" sales position. I do not believe this. Received a text and email asking if I was available for a one-on-one interview on Monday at 8 AM, and being told lots of people applied. Of course lots of people applied because the job description was misleading! I said upfront that I'm not interested in direct marketing.
