Two rounds over Zoom with the manager. Seemed like a nice team and very knowledgeable about the industry. Asked about the involvement of the CEO as reviews on here state heavy micromanagement, read between the lines of his answer which ultimately put me off the position

Interview
I had an interview with someone (I don't remember the position) that was affraid to look at me. Almost the whole interview the guy was looking only at his papers. I felt very uncomfortable to talk with someone that is not looking at me. A very unprofessional way to have an interview with someone that is there for the first time.
They offered me a trial day but unpaid :)). Don't forget this comes from a big company. If they can't afford to pay you for a day, imagine what benefits you can receive from them :)) Probably some vitamins :)).
