Vital interview questions

Received a phone call asking if I would be interested to join them, then an online zoom meeting for about 30 minutes the next week with HR, team leader, director. Kept asking me redundant questions about previous job. They were unable to answer questions about work culture properly. Also asked why I was interested in joining them when I was invited by them in the first place
