• Decent benefits • WFH arrangement • Support is given whenever possible • Pay is good if come in with experience

Cons

• Heavy workload; weekends burned and constant OT. • Insufficient manpower; Peak periods are nightmare. • Drains mental and physical health if left unchecked. • Salary and career progression - low to none. This is not a place for career progression. • can't use your leave for long leave ( short break or vacation). • Work-life balance isn't a thing since you have to OT to catch up on other tasks. • Accept the fact that help may not be given if manpower cannot be allocated during peak period.
