The interview and hiring process was below average, related to the size of the company. Less technical and more emphasis on communication is preferred. Rather than technical skills and learning ability, more weightage was on relevant experience.

First it was video call I was asked about Futures, Options, Swaps and information in my CV then F2F round with Manager I was asked many questions about derivatives, Journal entries, Ratios, Balance Sheet
