meet with the admin staff and operations as well as partners. 3 different interviews. The first was with the former admin assistant and with the operations/finance lead and then the individual partners. The overall experience was good and i would recommend working here. I'm not certain about the long term benefits because this company as many VC firms are, very top heavy. The support staff is on the lowest end.
