Voce Cleaning interview questions

The interview process at Voce was just me talking to the owner Ed in his garage. We talked about my work experience. He told me about his future plans for the company (none of which were true or actually happened). He talked about raises every 6 months, and opportunities for rapid promotion because his company is growing so fast.
