Vodafone Engineering Manager interview questions

Contacted via the Hackajob platform. Recruiter call 30 minutes, Cross Functional Working interview 60 minutes, System Design 90 minutes, Building the Team 90 minutes, Call with hiring manager (meant to be 60 minutes but was 30 for me). Scheduling is terrible because the person scheduling for me worked only during the mornings and would only offer 1 slot at a time with very little flexibility. Once I had another offer they were a lot more proactive and able to accommodate but it should not have to be like that. In the end they tried to low-ball and clearly tried to ignore my stated requirements in my hackajob profile. The impression I got was they underpay their staff as well as use other staff as an excuse to keep salaries down. When I asked the potential hiring manager what they had in mind for my role they couldn't say anything other than tactical so they had no vision for growth for who they hire (this ultimately put me off).
