The first part was with an HR Software. Is like a Skype conference with a robot and is mandatory to have a camera on your computer. Then, you just have a few seconds to answer the questions. Seems easy, but when you do it is really hard, is a lot of pressure and you have to think and answer quick. In my case, I was applying to Vodafone Spain, surprisingly all this part of the process was in English. Then it was 2 calls. 1 with HR and other with the hiring manager. After that, I got my offer, which was really good for an intership in Spain.
