I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Budapest) in July 2020
Interview
Online interview with pre-recorded questions and a smaller logic game. 3-4 weeks later they reached out for an online interview. The interview was with an HR person, no technical questions asked, only situational and behavioral about an hour long. Quite repetitive as these questions were already asked in the previous stage as well... They promised quick reply, but no update after ~2 weeks and given there is another stage with assessment center the whole process is just unnecessarily long. Also the actual job is quite unclear as to what I'd be doing. I've asked for clarification on it, but they couldn't provide information on what position I'd be starting in, and what other roles could be chosen later.
I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (London, England)
Interview
One sided interview, questions about how you would act in certain scenarios along with business logic and general logical thinking/reading comprehension. Nothing relating to specific technical roles so I recommend looking into how these processes normally ask questions.

First you do the online application, then the video interview. Make sure you are well prepared for this step, then its the online assessment which was split into three parts. It was a virtual assessment centre that lasted the whole day.
