I applied through university. I interviewed at Vodafone (Milan) in July 2017
Interview
They invited us to their Milan Campus. They made 5274352734 presentations. They told us how perfect they were. They didn't ask any questions, they didn't have any idea who we were. And the funniest part is coming: at the end of the whooooole 1 day of no drink no food there was an aperitivo BUT it was NOT FOR US. They even put a security guard next to it so food was protected from us ahahaha. Really Vodafone? We went to Mc Donald's to eat and paid all with our student scholarship. Terrible experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Apr 2026
Interview
The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.
