I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in June 2019
Interview
First step is a simple CV submission. Then I received two online tests to complete: one concerning logical reasoning, and the other regarding behavioural situations and your repsonde to them. After that, I was invited to complete a video interview. If I remember correctly, it had 4 questions. The first one I'm positive was "Why Vodafone?", and the other three were again behavioural situations and how you'd act on that situation, though I can't quite remember what the questions were. Finally, about two months later, I was invited to a final in-person interview, with an HR employee and your to-be manager, should you get the role. They start by asking about yourself, and then proceed to present the project and what you think of it, your skillset and fitness for the role. I believe this part of the interview may not have a very rigid agenda.

Question 1

Which skills do you believe will be useful for this project?
Video interview asking 6 questions and numerical assessment and pattern assessment. Must complete before deadline set in email typically 2 days. The video interview took ages since every video must be uploaded right after it’s been filmed which took a lot of time.

it is hard actually, asking 5 questions and you have to answer them in English. Time is unnecessary. they want to give an example from your life. they give a little time for thinking.
