- On-phone call for background check and to also review current and previous experience
- Technical / Architectural interview
- HR / English Language Interview
- Situation handling and management skills interview

Hiring interview was good , passed first through a business interview , followed by assessment center including a presentation and a role play and finally an interview with the department director
