Straightforward and pretty much getting to know you as a person more so being nervous would be the last thing you want to be. Just be your true yourself. People have to buy into you first.

I applied online, followed by a psychometric test. I was then asked to do a video interview. After passing the video interview, they called me for an assessment centre. It was a full day with a group interview, presentation, role play.
