Interview
The interview process began with an application form, where candidates were required to provide their personal information, qualifications, and relevant experience. Once the applications were reviewed, candidates who met the criteria moved on to the next stage.
The second step involved an online assessment, which consisted of personality tests and a simple English proficiency test. These assessments were designed to evaluate both behavioral traits and language skills.
After successfully completing the online assessments, candidates progressed to a video-recorded interview. During this step, candidates were asked to respond to questions while recording themselves. There were no pauses between questions, so candidates had to answer each one on the spot.

Llamada telefonica para conocer mi estado en la carrera universitaria. No tenia la cantidad de meses para practicas que ellos pedian ya que habia hecho unas anteriormente, asi que me rechazaron.
