Interview
The main impression is that there was no open position, and that the main purpose was to have free consultant sessions from an expert.
The whole interview process included three sessions overall, analyzing three scientific papers, presenting outcomes to developers, manager, and to the CTO. In the end of a very long process with me investing so much effort, they said that they prefer to hire Ukrainian at half price of what I asked. They knew my salary expectations from the beginning.

Question 1
First they asked me to analyze two papres:
"Personalizing ASR for Dysarthric and Accented Speech with Limited Data"
"A Joint End-to-End and DNN-HMM Hybrid
Automatic Speech Recognition System with Transferring Sharable Knowledge"
Then after giving a presentation about the two, the CTO asked me to analyze another paper just for him:
"Coherent-to-Diffuse Power Ratio Estimation for Dereverberation"

zoom meeting and after few days home assignment to complete in less than a week. five questions including wire frames and user workflow, They never called back which makes the process very uncomfortable
