Applied then was called for interview, left before interview. I left because I transport by bike, and there were not racks to lock to outside the building. When I brought it inside, I was asked to leave it in the lobby of the building they rent space in. Because I couldn't do that, I declined to interview.

Disclaimer: THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL MARKETING ROLE.
For the interview process, it was fairly quick and they let you know the same day whether you move on or not. I made it to the second round but had to walk out after learning about their company. Their “marketing coordinator” role is essentially a sales position. Votion markets itself as a marketing company knowing that marketing is a very broad term. They are a sales company that implements one marketing tactic, direct face-to-face marketing (salesmen in store hassling shoppers about products). They are a sales company with a sales training program that they say is “marketing”. And their so called management career route depends on the success of the people you hire under you. Sounds all to similar to a pyramid scheme to me. I hate it when sales companies market themselves as marketers and waste traditional marketing job seekers time by sprucing up their job postings and website to look like a marketing company to “look better”. This is not the first time this has happened to me and Votion directly mirrors my past experiences on the matter.
