Pros

If you have a student mentality and are willing to actually put in the work, you will learn a great deal in a short amount of time. Great co-workers, dedicated management. Officer Manager really cared about how employees perform and was truly very dedicated to everyones' success.

Cons

Communication with business practices varied at times, got mixed signals as to how accounts were actually doing. For instance - actual conversion ratios of sales to real commissions were overstated when first hired. Work hours varied greatly day to day, difficult to manage.

Pros

You learn some helpful sales techniques for a couple weeks

Cons

After the two weeks are up you have to listen to the same techniques over and over again. Do yourself a favor and watch the documentary “The Slave Circle” you can find it on YouTube. It’s all about this company and it’s scary accurate. It’s a great job for quickly learning a new sales technique but if you’re easily manipulated then its best to pass and find something else.
