I applied through university. I interviewed at Voyager Innovations (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in May 2017
Interview
Good enough that will make the interviewee challenged but very interested. Difficulty is about average. Technical questions are based on what you put on your resume. Some questions are the common ones. HR is also very accommodating.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Voyager Innovations (Manila, Manila)
Interview
1st (HR Interview) - Explain what is on your resume. Share experiences on projects. Typical HR questions.
2nd (Technical Interview) - Do whiteboard coding regarding algorithm design and programming concepts.
3rd (Final Interview) - Some HR and technical questions so they can see if you are really skilled and if you are a great fit in their company.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Voyager Innovations (Manila, Manila)
Interview
Took them about less than a week to contact me after I applied.
The first part was the HR interview. Second, two technical interviews. The last one was for the department head.
The interview process was average, the hard part was to prove you're worth the chance. I think to get accepted, you have to be equal or greater than their current employees. And, a portfolio would be a big help in ensuring the job. Not sure, if they're willing to take entry-level jobs though.
