I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WANDR in Jan 2021
Interview
The whole process took around 3 weeks.
First, I had an interview with HR to validate my professional background and expectations. Second, HR sent me an exercise to be completed within 48 hrs. Kind of a design case with a timeline and some specifications to work on and to build a proposal.
Lastly, 2 rounds of interviews with 2 people from the same team I was applying to, having some discussion regarding the exercise I presented. Just checking technical details and experience.
The process was straightforward and the communication with HR was fluent.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WANDR (Ciudad de Mexico) in July 2019
Interview
The interview and recruitment process started when they contacted me via LinkedIn and invited me to be part of the recruitment process.
Wandr had a very close new project, so we had to work through the whole process very quickly. In a matter of a week I think we had approximately 4 - 5 interviews + working an assessment so that they could have visibility on my way of carrying out a work process with innovation methodologies.
In the end, I did not receive a formal offer to collaborate in the project because they needed someone from the United States to lead the project (I am Guatemalan). However, we agreed that I would be considered for future collaboration opportunities.

Question 1
It is interesting because they touch on both the technique, the methodology and the skills of project manager in addition to touching on culture. Being an international team, it is important that they know how to measure both responsibility and technique, but also culture and collaborative leadership.
