WEST Customer Service Representative interview questions

Went in for interview, saw three people and they asked me why I wanted to apply, gave me a reading and writing and grammar test that I had to pass to move on to the next level. Interview too about an hour and a half to complete. After interview I found out that I got the job

It was very easy, just basically empathize with the recruiter that you like working with people and providing customer service. You also need to be proficient with computers and able to type and multitask pretty fast.
