Streamlined and skills-based. The interview directly addressed what you could do on the job and what would be expected of you. The communication during the interview process was great. There was no ghosting involved, and everyone that I interviewed with was very friendly

Interview
Standard zoom interview. Basic questions about yourself and your typical work day. Only downfall is they haven’t communicated their decision for weeks after the interview. Otherwise standard screening interview via zoom.
The process wasn't traditional but I appreciated how personal the process felt. The process began with the person I would report to and not HR. It cut out the fluff and gave us both a better feel for each other.
