Started with online questions. Invite straight to a basic one on one interview process. max 8 questions. The process dragged out because of the high amount of potential candidates and interviews. It was only for a part-time role but professional interview.

interviewed by a manager who was very nice, completed the interview online after completing an online asseesment. very relaxed and friendly interview and provided helpful examples which made the process less stressful
