I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Birmingham, England) in June 2017
Interview
The group exercise was with three others and we were unable to complete it in the time, yet it was a test on how well we can communicate. The individual interview was quite easy with generic questions about key skills and competencies.
Congratulations on your offer of employment and thank you for your review. We are pleased to see that, overall, it was a positive experience for you. We time group exercises to remain consistent for all people who take part in them. It also add an element of how well candidates work together with a deadline. Thanks again for your review.

Application
I interviewed at Waitrose (Guildford, England)
Interview
They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
Completed an online assessment that was harder than it seemed and then did an in person interview with one of the managers. She was very friendly and I felt at ease.
