I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Exeter, England) in July 2016
Interview
The advert was for a new shop opening. The initial application was straight forward asking for previous employers, previous crimes and education. As there was a large initial intake, the interviews were done as a group.
