Interview
Had an initial call with the CTO. Some introduction and high level (relatively easy technical questions). There was a room for questions at the end. Friendly atmosphere during the call.
They decided not to move further afterwards and no initial feedback was provided. After requesting additional feedback regarding the reason, was provided with a quite shallow and slightly unprofessional answer. The assumptions were highly subjective and wasn’t meaningful.
Gives the impression of possible toxicity for the future.
